Splash made by Jan Horrox
'Splash' is actually the doll used for the alternative photography in my second book "Making Fantasy Cloth Dolls'. I like the name Splash which was suggested by my husband and was a 1984 film with Darryl Hannah - one of my favourite movie starts after her part in 'Blade Runner'. Anyway - my Splash is made from a pale pastel toned batik for the flesh and metallics for the scales. The drawing is mainly one with Jacquard Lumiere. Her tail is filled with plastic beads to help her sit.
She will come with a Certificate of Authenticity.
